4. Clean the Treatment Area: Thoroughly clean the area to remove any debris, oil, or lotion.
5. Mark the Treatment Area: Use a white pencil to outline the area for precise treatment.
6. Numbing Cream (Optional): If requested by the client, apply a numbing cream to the area and let it sit for 20 minutes before starting the procedure.
7. Eye Protection: Ensure both the client and the technician wear proper eye protectors to shield from the laser light.
8. Laser Treatment: Begin the laser hair removal process, adjusting the laser settings based on the client’s skin type and hair color.
9. Post-Treatment Care:
   • Apply a skin-calming gel to soothe the treated area.
   • Use a sun protector on any exposed treated skin to prevent sun damage.
10. Aftercare Discussion: Provide the client with detailed aftercare advice, including avoiding sun exposure, excessive heat, and using gentle skincare products.
