Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we ask every customer to help us protect appointment time reserved especially for them. Please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  • Consultation: Assess the microbladed eyebrow area, discussing the client’s expectations, procedure details, potential outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
  • Patch Test: Conduct a patch test 24 to 48 hours before the complete procedure to check skin reaction and sensitivity.
  • Preparation: Advise the client to arrive with clean skin, free from makeup, lotions, or oils in the eyebrow area.
  • Clean the Treatment Area: Thoroughly cleanse the microbladed area, ensuring removal of any residual product or impurities.
  • Mark the Treatment Area: Precisely outline the targeted eyebrow area with a white pencil to ensure accurate laser application.
  • Numbing Cream (Optional): If the client desires, apply numbing cream to the eyebrow area and allow it to sit for around 20 minutes before proceeding.
  • Eye Protection: Provide protective eyewear for both the client and technician to shield eyes from laser exposure.
  • Laser Treatment: Begin the removal process using laser technology, adjusting settings appropriately based on pigment color, skin type, and sensitivity.

Post-Treatment Care:

  • Immediately apply soothing gel or cooling compresses to calm the treated area.
  • Protect the area with a sterile, breathable dressing to promote healing.

Aftercare Discussion: Give comprehensive aftercare instructions, including avoiding direct sunlight, intense heat, and the application of gentle skincare products for optimal recovery.
