A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  9. Use a suitable serum to enhance the procedure’s effectiveness and deliver targeted benefits.
  10. Perform the micro-needling application, focusing on problem areas to boost collagen production and improve texture.
  11. Apply SPF to protect the skin post-treatment from UV damage.
  12. Provide the client with detailed aftercare advice to optimize results and minimize irritation.
  13. Capture an after photo to showcase the visible improvements.
