Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we ask every customer to help us protect appointment time reserved especially for them. Please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  6. Remove makeup with RefectoCil non-oily makeup remover.
  7. Perform a gentle skin cleansing to prepare the skin.
  8. Apply a custom mask suited to the client’s skin type.
  9. Use the LED light therapy device for the appropriate duration and color setting based on the desired results (e.g., red for anti-aging, blue for acne).
  10. Follow up with an SPF application to shield the skin.
  11. Provide aftercare advice to maintain the benefits of the treatment.
  12. Take an after photo to showcase the improvement.
