Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we ask every customer to help us protect appointment time reserved especially for them. Please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  3. Preparation: Remove glasses or contact lenses and take a before photo.
  4. Sanitization: Cleanse eyelashes thoroughly using a non-oily makeup remover (RefectoCil). Brush the lashes for evenness.
  5. Protection: Apply Vaseline under the eyes and eyelids for skin protection. Use RefectoCil half-moons beneath the eyes.
  6. Base Gel Application: Apply base gel (RefectoCil) to the lashes and leave it for the recommended time.
  7. Removal: Gently remove the base gel with a dry cotton bud.
  8. Activator Gel Application: Apply activator gel (RefectoCil) and leave it for the required time.
  9. Final Cleaning: Remove the activator gel using a damp cotton pad, then brush the eyelashes for a polished look.
  10. Result Check: Provide a mirror for the client to admire the results, take an after photo, and sanitize hands.
  11. Aftercare Advice: Offer comprehensive aftercare instructions to maintain the look.
