Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we ask every customer to help us protect appointment time reserved especially for them. Please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

Eyelash Tint – 20 Minutes 🌟

Confirm a negative patch test was conducted 24–48 hours prior without reactions.
Conduct a consultation to determine the client’s desired outcome and tint color.
Ask the client to remove glasses or contact lenses.
Take a before photo to document the starting point.
Place a headband on the client and check for contraindications.
Cleanse the eyes using an oil-free makeup remover (brand: RefectoCil) and brush the lashes.
Ask the client to look up, then apply Vaseline under the eyes and on the half-moons, placing them under the eyes with separate cotton buds for each eye.
Have the client close their eyes and apply Vaseline to the upper eyelids.
Mix the eyelash tint with the developer (brand: RefectoCil).
Apply the tint carefully to the lashes and remove any excess from the skin with a cotton bud.
Cover the eyes with cotton pads and leave the tint to develop for 20 minutes, checking for proper color development.
Remove the tint using damp cotton pads, ensuring all residue is gone.
If necessary, bathe the eyes with distilled water and use a tint remover (brand: RefectoCil) for any stubborn stains.
Ensure the lower lash line is clean, asking the client to look up for inspection.
Provide a mirror 🪞 for the client to see the results.
Share after-care instructions, sanitize hands, and take an after photo 📸.
