A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  7. Perform a thorough skin cleansing to prepare the face.
  8. Apply an exfoliating polish to gently remove dead skin cells.
  9. Conduct a deep cleaning using a skin scrubber machine for effective impurity removal.
  10. Perform extractions to clear clogged pores and improve skin texture.
  11. Apply hydration treatment using a high-frequency device to soothe and revitalize the skin.
  12. Finish with SPF application to protect the skin from environmental damage.
  13. Provide detailed aftercare advice for optimal results.
  14. Take an after photo to highlight the glowing results.
