A cancellation or reschedule requires at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, may require 50% of the scheduled service value. The remaining 50% may be credited toward the customer’s next visit. Customers who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours or do not attend may have their advance-booking access restricted after the third occurrence. They may be limited to same-day availability or placed on a cancellation list until booking access is restored.

  7. Perform a thorough skin cleansing to prep the face.
  8. Use a steamer to open pores and soften the skin.
  9. Carry out diamond microdermabrasion to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells.
  10. Apply hydration treatment with a high-frequency device to calm the skin and boost recovery.
  11. Complete the session with SPF application to protect the skin.
  12. Provide detailed aftercare advice for long-lasting results.
  13. Take an after photo to showcase the improvement.
